We have cultivated a staff of young, motivated, and ambitious VIP Hosts. With each family having different expectations and requests, our service has been molded out of necessity to create a one stop shop for all of your needs inside parks, and outside. Each of our VIP Hosts are also local experts who can assist in last minute reservations at popular venues, tickets to sporting events and separate ticketed events, and any other concierge needs while you’re with them. Our goal is to keep you engaged and present with your family while we alleviate the traditional stresses of traveling.

SmarTours Orlando was founded on providing the next level theme park experience. As many guests traditionally experience, it is more than hectic and stressful to have what we call, “a successful vacation.”
While maintaining our token attributes of efficiency and simplicity, it's important to outline the key points that separate us from the competitors. Simply put, we don't say “no.” We are happy to be able to provide full service vacation planning from accommodations, to dining, to a customized itinerary for the multitude of attractions offered in Central Florida and California.
A lot of similar companies emphasize ways that you should adjust your vacation to make their job easier. This is your vacation and your time to create memories with your family and your friends. We will contour our services to what YOU need, not the other way around.
Being a VIP Guide Service certainly has its perks outside of work, but inside of our day to day operations, we are just as eager to beat lines as you'd like us to be. Keep in mind that even though we typically wait no more than 10-15 minutes for attractions, even during the busiest of times, we are morally inclined and do things ethically and legitimately.
A philosophy that we have instilled in our guides and throughout our company is, “under sell and over deliver.” No one will spend more time trying to get you that certain restaurant reservation, character meal, princess encounter than us. We frequently head to the parks before your arrival to ensure that your requests are being pursued as effectively as possible.
After 15+ years of making magic happen for our clients, we are more than confident that no one can come close to making sure that your time is stress free and fun, like us. We are a referral based business that relies on our valued clients' experiences and exclusive travel agency relationships. By doing so we are able to cultivate a “Culture of Exclusivity” in our day to day operations. We have fantastic relationships with our clients even after they leave Florida and California, and that is something that we will always strive for.
